However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we have implemented a strict return and refund policy to protect our customers as well as the integrity of our brand.

Eligibility Conditions:

• Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt, accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition, with all tags still attached.
• Personalized or modified items (such as those with Sashiko embroidery added by the customer) are not eligible for return or refund.
• Any product showing signs of wear or damage due to improper use or inadequate care will not be accepted.

Return and Exchange Process:

• Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, you must contact us via email at denimes@lucyanfournier.com, specifying your order number and the reason for the exchange. After validation by our customer service team, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
• Refunds: Refunds will be issued after inspection of the returned item and will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. A period of 10 business days is required after receipt to validate and process the request. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Exceptions:

• Sale items or items purchased during a promotional event are eligible only for an exchange or store credit, not for a refund.
• Items that have been personalized or specifically altered (such as adjustments requested by the customer) will not be accepted for return or exchange, in line with our commitment to providing unique, customized products.

Commitment and Brand Protection:

Any attempt at fraud, deception, or manipulation of our return policy will result in the immediate revocation of refund or exchange rights. The Lucyan brand, along with Jean-Philippe Fournier, founder of Hall-in, reserves the right to refuse a return if the eligibility conditions are not met. No exceptions or deviations will be granted in order to ensure transparency and fairness for all of our customers.

Delivery Timeframes:

• Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and the delivery address. A precise estimated timeframe will be provided at the time of order confirmation. On average, orders are processed and shipped within 20 to 30 business days, as production is made to order. This approach aims to reduce costs and the carbon footprint generated by overproduction and overstocking.
• Customized Delivery: For personalized or custom-made items, additional time may be required. These timeframes will be clearly indicated before purchase, and no requests for expedited processing will be accepted to ensure the product’s quality.
• Orders are shipped from our workshop in France, and international deliveries may be subject to delays due to customs clearance or events beyond our control.

Shipping Methods:

• We offer both standard and express shipping options, using reliable carriers selected for their professionalism. Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout based on the weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
• All orders are shipped with a tracking number, which will be provided once your order is processed. It is your responsibility to track your package and ensure its proper delivery.

Liability for Missed Delivery:

• Lucyan and Hall-in disclaim any responsibility for errors in delivery information provided by the customer. Please make sure your contact details are accurate at the time of ordering. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.
• If the package is marked as "delivered" by our carrier but you did not receive it, we encourage you to contact the carrier immediately and notify us. We will work with them to resolve the issue, but Lucyan cannot be held responsible for any loss or theft after delivery confirmation.

Customs and Taxes:

• For international deliveries, customs duties and other additional fees applicable in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in the shipping costs or the item price and must be paid directly to the relevant authorities.

Free Shipping and Promotional Offers:
